Question: Can I
come to your business and purchase my cartridges?
Answer: Yes. Our new facilities offer our local customers drop
off of printers which need repair, and all our remanufactured
products.

your hours?
Answer: Our web store is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our store in High Ridge is open 8-4:30 Monday thru Friday.

I order cartridges?
Answer: Please see our Ordering Instructions
page, it explains things.
Question: Do you
give discounts for quantity purchases?
Answer: Yes. If you buy ten (10) cartridges at a time we may be
able to give you a quantity discount, depending on which cartridge
you need to have. No, you may not mix cartridges.
Question: How do
I order bulk ink?
Our bulk ink information is located on the Bulk
Ink Page. You may either e-mail your request or call us and
give us your order. Most of our inks are priced on that page.
Speciality inks are soon to be announced.
Question: Does the
bulk ink come with filling instructions and syringe?
Answer: Yes they do, and we ask that you talk to our chemist before
you get in over your head in ink. Get in touch with us.
Question: How long
will it take for my order to reach me?
Answer: That depends on where you live and how quickly you want
your order. We usually ship UPS Ground, which takes 2-5 working
days to businesses, 3-7 working days to residences. If you want
your ink or cartridges overnighted to you we can do that but we
will have to charge you extra for overnight shipping. We can ship
via USPS if you prefer.
Question: What is
the page yield of your laser toner and ink jet cartridges?
Answer: We guarantee that the page yield is the same or greater
than "new" or OEM cartridges.
Question: Is the
print quality as good as the cartridges I buy from Office Depo
or Staples or other office supply stores?
Answer: Our cartridges, whether they be ink jet or toner, will
print as good as and in many cases better than the OEM cartridges.
Remember, we are in the business to recycle (and have been since
1987) and we must have the cartridges last a long time. The parts
we have replaced in the remanufactured cartridges are designed
not to fail. We need to keep them working. No "Built in Obsolescence"
here.
Question: What is
the shelf life of your ink jet cartridges?
Answer: We guarantee them for one year from date of purchase.
Question: How many
times can my laser toner cartridge be remanufactured?
Answer: Some parts of your cartridge may "Live Forever",
other parts are discarded as we remanufacture them. We should
say it like Canon, Hewlett Packard and Lexmark say it:
"This cartridge contains new and remanufactured parts collected
from our worldwide recycling program"
Question: How many
times can you refill my ink jet ink cartridge?
Answer: Some cartridges may be cleaned and refilled dozens of
times, some only once or twice. See our information about Ink

Question: Do you
have new compatibles for Epson and Canon printers?
Answer: We offer refilled "EPSON INK TANKS" and New Compatible Canon ink cartridges.
