Using Our Shopping Cart On Line

1. Click on any Shopping Cart icon you find in these pages.
2.This will take you to the Shopping Center of our web site.
3. Click in the Catalog box and type in either your cartridge number or Printer model number, click the Search button.
4.In most cases you will be presented with a choice of a refilled cartridge, an ink kit for filling your cartridge yourself or bulk ink.
5. Be sure you click in and put the quantity you want to order, i.e. 2, 4, 6, etc. in the box to the left of your choice. If you do not put the quantity you want in the quantity box, you will not activate the Shopping Cart.
6. Click "Add to Cart" button at the bottom of the page, the page will refresh and
7. You may proceed to the "Check Out Stand" to process your order through our Secure Server.

Orders for Refilled, Remanufactured or New Compatible cartridges totaling $40 or more will be shipped free to you via the USPS or UPS, whichever is the least expensive method. All others including Special Orders, Overnight, Next Day, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc. and OEM cartridges ship with the actual postal or UPS charges included. A $2.50 processing fee will be charged per order.

The delivery time will vary from two to seven working days depending on your ZIP Code. Add an extra day to get packages shipped to residential addresses. A business address will help speed things along.
If you would rather your order be shipped by another method, such as Second Day Air, etc., please let us know in the COMMENT box of the order form. You will be charged the actual extra freight or postage. All COD orders sent UPS will be charged the additional $7 charge imposed by UPS on us. We do not charge our customers for rural surcharge or gas surcharge imposed on us by UPS.

Each of your orders which include a returnable cartridge core will have a "MAIL BACK LABEL" included in our box. This label enables you to return your empty to us free of charge to you. This Mail Back Label is the same as is on our web page at "Mail Back Label". You may print yourself a copy of this label and return your empties at anytime. If you are using this label to send empties to us for Cartridge Rewards only, we ask that you package at least $30 worth of empties in one box or package. This will enable us to maintain our high return value for your collections.
